GOKUL PRAKASH
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Gokul Prakash is the Founder & CEO of Lamberton Power, a premier energy consultancy driving the global clean energy transition. With over a decade of leadership in solar and renewable markets, he has spearheaded the development and origination of more than 2GW of solar projects worldwide, including pioneering expansions into the Middle East and Southeast Asia. A technologist turned entrepreneur, Gokul brings expertise in solar cell innovation, energy finance, and corporate strategy to help industries accelerate decarbonization. He holds a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
KANAKANDATH PRAKASH
MANAGING DIRECTOR
K. Prakash is the Managing Director of Lamberton Power, where he oversees finance, corporate affairs, investor relations, and strategy. With over three decades of leadership across manufacturing and financial services, he brings deep expertise in corporate law, risk management, and capital markets. Prakash has successfully led mergers and acquisitions, public issues, private placements, and compliance initiatives, and continues to advise leading business conglomerates on corporate affairs. A commerce graduate and senior member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, he is recognized for his strategic insight and governance expertise.
PRABIL RAJ
Mr. Prabil Raj is a veteran of India’s power sector with 30+ years of expertise in project financing, design & engineering, construction, and procurement across thermal, hydro, nuclear, solar, and FGD projects. He has overseen several gigawatts of nationally significant projects and managed global procurement exceeding USD 3 billion as Sr. VP & Vertical Procurement Head at Reliance Group.
He holds senior leadership and board-level experience, is a PhD Research Scholar at IIT Delhi, and has an M.Tech from BITS Ranchi.
