Prakash has handled several Mergers and Acquisitions, Public Issues of equity and debentures, Private Placement of securities, Investor Relations, and Regulatory Compliances. Currently he also advises a large business conglomerate on Corporate Affairs. His key areas of expertise include Corporate Law, Corporate Strategy, Risk Management, Finance and Investor Relations. He is a commerce graduate and a senior member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
